Is Coaching Like Therapy? 

  • Coaching is not therapy, but coaching supports the therapeutic relationship that clients may have with a therapist.

  • The coaching model is forward focused and does not diagnose mental health issues. As your coach, I welcome the opportunity to discuss being a part of your therapy/support team at school, home, or work.
